If you are a federal, state or local civil rights office, human relations office, commission or FHIP/FHAP, ACA has specialized services to assist you in meeting your mandates.

Established in 1989, ACA is a small disadvantaged civil rights consulting and training firm owned by persons with disabilities. ACA offers experts in the field of civil rights who have direct experience with regard to investigations, case development and technical expertise. ACA provides training in the following areas:
