A discrimination complaint alleging that a condominium project did not comply with the accessibility requirements of the Fair Housing Act was filed against the developer. The architectural firm made certain that the building plans complied with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the local building inspector certified the plans. However, the ADA does not generally apply to housing and the local building code was equal to the requirements of the Fair Housing Act. While the developer had no intention of discriminating, he was required to pay thousands of dollars to make the necessary corrections. ACA offers the following accessibility services:
